LVA PIAA Middle School Cross Country Coaches

• Cross Country - Head Coach 
• Cross Country - Assistant Coach 
• Season runs August to November

Required Experience & Abilities

• Three or more years of experience playing and/or coaching in the selected sport
• Sufficient knowledge of the sport 
• Ability to motivate, teach and mentor student-athletes.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, and to work effectively with staff, and parents.
• Exhibits high standards of professional ethics and conduct.

Application and interview process

• Applicants must complete an application on LVA’s portal
• Applications will be evaluated with an emphasis on specific and related experience to the position. 
• Selected candidates will be invited to interview with the Director of Athletics and Head Coaching Staff. 
• All clearances, a TB test, and physical are required for all positions in a PA public school.
• Salary information will be available in early May when the budget has been completed.
