Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School invites applications from qualified educators for anticipated Elementary Teacher openings for the 2026–2027 school year. LVA is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), where inquiry-based learning encourages curiosity, collaboration, and global awareness in our youngest learners.

Elementary teachers at LVA create engaging classrooms where students develop foundational academic skills while also learning to think critically, ask questions, and explore the world around them. Teachers work closely with grade-level colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme. New and early-career teachers will receive structured mentorship, collaborative planning time with experienced colleagues, and ongoing coaching to support a successful start to their teaching career. Experienced educators will find opportunities for professional leadership, collaboration with highly skilled colleagues, and the autonomy to design engaging instruction within the IB framework.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with elementary students and the ability to create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment that supports both academic growth and social-emotional development.

• Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (or ability to obtain PA certification)
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• All required Pennsylvania clearances
